How much more does an extra bedroom cost in Town Square?

At the median, moving up from a studio to a 1-bedroom adds about AED 469K; from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom adds about AED 497K; and from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom adds about AED 773K.
